Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs
- Attend weekly sales training and performance reviews
- Track key metrics (conversion rates, pipeline value)
Qualifications
- 1+ years sales experience (B2B/B2C)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Self-motivated with track record of meeting quotas
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Adaptability to changing market conditions
