Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
