Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential customers.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate lead and client data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
