Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Diego market and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-value face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outbound strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
