Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify new leads
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct 25+ daily outbound calls and 15+ personalized email campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation tactics
- Analyze sales data to optimize conversion rates and pipeline health
- Present product demos and negotiate contracts with enterprise clients
- Maintain 110%+ monthly sales quota achievement
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
