Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Philadelphia market.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
