Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to identify needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update lead status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead nurturing.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and a desire to learn.
