Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads using our CRM tools.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and account retention.
- Accurately update and maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a high-pressure, target-driven setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
