Responsibilities
- Proactive Prospecting: Initiate cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients in the San Diego area.
- Client Presentation: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to business owners.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer pain points and tailor our services to meet their specific business needs.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and finalize sales agreements on-site.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Vehicle: Must have a valid driverβs license and a reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Software Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
