Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts
- Present product demonstrations and customize solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles ($50K+ deals)
- Certifications in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN) a plus
