Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion funnels
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction scores
- Train junior sales associates on objection handling and value proposition articulation
- Analyze sales data to identify market trends and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients ($100K+ deals)
- Proven track record of exceeding quota (110%+ achievement rate)
