Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise to consultatively sell our SaaS platform to enterprise clients
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by 20%+ while maintaining 90%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales funnel performance
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Present compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annual revenue preferred)
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with demonstrated multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable for Florida market
