Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized sales pitches demonstrating product ROI for enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and weekly activity reporting
- Partner with product team to provide customer feedback and feature insights
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ close rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets ($500k+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients ($50k+ deals)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
