Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with emerging consumer needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors with compelling narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience building strategic foresight frameworks in tech or consumer sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly valued
