Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainability trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product development, market expansion, and talent acquisition with future opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Foster strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic planning, business, technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy (articles, books, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
