Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, societal, and market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with global stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and their implications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, energy, space)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, system dynamics modeling)
