Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ strategic objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
