- Present disruptive scenarios to C-suite and board with data-driven impact modeling
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Author white papers and keynote speeches at Davos/WEF summits
- Build 'Future Resilience' KPIs for climate adaptation and social equity
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations on exponential technologies
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Experience with UN SDG impact frameworks and ESG metrics
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future scenarios implemented at scale
- Fluency in 2+ languages (Spanish/Mandarin preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
