Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive innovation scenarios
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Build predictive models for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published work on technological singularity or post-2025 societal shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
