Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological and societal shifts using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, climate science, and neurotechnology domains
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports for executive stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive innovations affecting client industries
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into service roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year+ strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, APF) or foresight methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
