Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026+
- Design scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients in tech, energy, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing inputs from AI, biotech, and climate science domains
- Produce strategic roadmaps enabling organizations to pivot toward sustainable futures
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or government agencies
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for complex systems
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend analysis projects
