Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion

- Produce trend reports and predictive frameworks for internal and public audiences
- Identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with trillion-dollar potential
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-implementation projects
