Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology trend forecasts using AI-powered analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify and analyze disruptive threats/opportunities across global markets
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing industry trend forecasts (2020-2023)
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or biotech technology landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario-planning initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
