Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify paradigm shifts by 2026
- Develop and maintain the company's 10-year innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service roadmaps
- Build and manage a network of futurist experts across academia and industry
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience working with C-suite boards on transformational initiatives
