Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-dimensional trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual futures reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists and build external expert networks
- Integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Experience with emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
