Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-winning strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
