Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to simulate future market conditions and organizational resilience strategies
- Architect innovation pipelines that bridge emerging technologies with commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry collaborations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: generative AI, neurotech, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-ready initiatives
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, backcasting)
