As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and industry disruptors to forecast paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation. You'll translate foresight into competitive advantage through scenario planning, trend mapping, and innovation roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 12+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and present strategic foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with global leadership teams
- Author thought leadership reports published in FutureTech Review
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Pattern Recognition Methodology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Journal of Future Studies)
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate modeling, or neurotech augmentation
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major trend predictions realized (2019-2023)
