- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Published research or portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
