What you'll achieve:

- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term forecasting
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional 'Vision Labs' to prototype 2026 solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other futurist hubs
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment theses
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next-generation foresight team
- Present findings at global forums (WEF, TED, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ trends (AI, biotech, climate)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Experience working with C-suite in tech/healthcare/energy sectors
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact on organizational strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
