Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing sectors
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Impact Scenarios' reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with cross-functional leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
- Advain C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
