- Develop quantitative models measuring future risk/reward scenarios using proprietary AI-driven platforms

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Published author or recognized speaker in foresight conferences (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu) and data visualization tools
- Ability to synthesize global geopolitical, economic, and technological trends into actionable strategies
