Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead high-stakes executive workshops and client engagements to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Design and publish annual 'Future State 2026' reports with quantitative and qualitative predictions across 5 key industries
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Create proprietary foresight tools and AI-driven predictive models for long-term scenario forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 7+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (white papers, industry journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter) and data visualization software
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
