- Architect annual 'Future Outlook' reports and executive briefings translating complex foresight into actionable strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal foresight capabilities across departments
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for trend validation and impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
