Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-availability, distributed AI systems capable of handling massive data loads and complex computations.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize machine learning models for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products seamlessly.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) to integrate them into our roadmap before they become industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business strategies into actionable technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
