Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning strategy to support the company's vision for 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and trends, assessing their potential to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI systems ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI transformation projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI trends, including Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
