Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize data pipelines and model performance for production environments to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in deploying end-to-end ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
