Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Identify emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Ethical AI) and evaluate their applicability to our business model.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive threats.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology role, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
