Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous research and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) validation for futuristic technologies like Quantum AI and Blockchain.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating cutting-edge solutions into current infrastructure.
- Identify regulatory, ethical, and security implications of adopting next-gen technologies.
- Present strategic insights and technological forecasts to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical architects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technical leadership, product strategy, or R&D management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on long-term vision execution.
- Strong background in system architecture and scalability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
