Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Present product solutions and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
