Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Columbus, OH and Charlotte, NC territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospects to drive conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing.
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using our CRM software to forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a positive attitude.
