Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business leads in the B2B sector.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to demonstrate product value and book qualified meetings.
- Present tailored solutions to prospects, overcoming objections and navigating the sales pipeline effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality and a drive for high performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
