Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound cold calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and explain complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track sales metrics and report on weekly performance to management.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
