Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers, budget authority, and specific needs.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update pipeline status, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and adapt in a dynamic market.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high collaboration standards.
