Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers to identify sales opportunities within the Detroit and Ohio markets.
- Product Promotion: Demonstrate and explain company products/services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Sales Execution: Use consultative selling techniques to close deals, meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or direct sales environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to work in the Detroit, MI or Ohio area.
- Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
