Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update pipeline data accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless customer handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of closing deals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
