Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to identify their unique business challenges and solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and detailed proposals to close sales and secure contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
