Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads within established time zones.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Identify and understand client pain points to propose tailored solutions.
- Close deals and secure contracts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilience in handling rejection and the ability to bounce back quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
