Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to demonstrate the value of our products/services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
