Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, budget, and intent.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos directly into the sales team's calendars.
- Manage and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect data.
- Research target industries and key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to refine pitch strategies and overcome objections.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
